Even after your detailed explanation I still see that event as a disagreement over what he thought belonged in QStorm; he apparently disagreed with your valid requests because he continued doing what you asked him not to do after you gave him multiple reminders/warnings. I wasn't there to see the event(s) that led up to it, don't know the exact specifics, really don't understand why he didn't simply adjust/comply. I had the suspension period +/- about right and he didn't come back. My only reference was my memory of the brief description on the ban list that I read months ago.
