Theoretically speaking, I think Poal is run by an AI controlled server in the former Soviet Republic of Uzbekistan. The Polar Bear logo is the dead giveaway that it is an undercover operation of an underground socialist movement within that former province of the USSR. This is also why they push such things as chat and more importantly, Podcasts ... both of which are used to seek out intelligent life forms among their subscriber base who they plan on indoctrinating into their evil madness. Unfortunately, they've found it very difficult to identify possible targets to date. But that won't stop them from trying. Beware, you've been warned.
