The very first thought I ever had about this Q thing was that it was an attempt to make Trump supporters look bad. The thought has been refined into "It's an avenue for people who want to make Trump supporters look bad to take advantage of." Even if there are good things being mentioned because of the movement, Q has in fact lied and said plainly destructive things, so blocking their subs is the best course of action to maintain sanity.
Q even got his lemmings to doxx and harass a Satan parody account on Twitter, among other crazy shit they've done. Ignoring problems doesn't make them go away. They fester and grow until they cause a crisis. That's why I think it's best to challenge them head on and hold their feet to the fire. For instance, the Qoomer who gave us that Poalpasta also supports Trump passing federal red flag laws.
They just ban you if you argue with them.
That's why you do most of the trolling in /s/GreatAwakening. Can't be banned if the mod is entirely absent.
