I had this nigger in my trade school back in the day. He seemed normal, I was friendly with him. He added me on Facebook and nope, 100% nigger. Deleted and blocked and basically started ignoring him. Even the most normal seeming niggers are chimps when they are amongst themselves.

There is a difference in being racist out of bigotry or intelligence. A racist Bigot is racist and doesn't know why and is just doing it cause it's what you do. But racism out of knowing the stats, biological facts, laws, etc... That's racist, but not bigotry. So yes I agree with the statement. At this point if you're not racist you are stupid. If you don't know about the race war, and you're saying race is only skin deep. That is the actual bigotry.
