...but seriously... the second you think you do have the right to decide how users vote, even the "It's not a disagree button" convention, If you ever think you really should be able to control how people vote, you should just stop paying that bill because it over already.

I don't believe I should control how people vote, but I do believe limiting downvotes to the amount of upvotes you have given is reasonable

However It is a fact that were I to just stop paying the bill no one could vote on poal on anything. So in a way I do have some influence on peoples ability to vote here at all.

Edit: Its an irony kind of thing I found it funny. you are killing me here.
