No that's smooth not flat. Huge difference. Words have meaning for a reason...

Certainly each line from any two points would be perfectly flat. A circle represents an infinite number of triangles where the top of each triangle is perfectly flat. Yes, also the lines between the top of the circle to the center would be exactly the same.
