Maybe women in general, but I spend alot of time meditating and fixing my flaws. Thats how i fixed my chronic depression, self reflection is why I'm having kids and making sandwhiches and not working construction. But perhaps what you're saying is true, and why I generally don't enjoy the company of the common woman and sought the company of men (platonically).
when I find flaws in others, I have to reflect as to why i think thats a flaw, then I will run a diagnostic on myself to make sure I'm not projecting my own flaws onto the other person. I have been able to locate, isolate, and fix my own flaws this way and have become a better person for it. This process has gotten me to the point where I don't need to talk much to have a conversation. This is very effective twords women and allows me to be friends with lots of females despite how we might butt heads otherwise
And this is different from men, how?
Men often work in large or small groups that haze members who think too highly of themselves compared to their actual value of the team. The social dynamic of a proper group of men require self improvement and do not allow men to rank up if they are stuck at a mental state of 18 years old.
Women did not evolve a social structure to handle this because what women bring to the table is the ability to help men maintain their "hunting party". Woman are very valuable at 18 because they are very fertile, more likely to be a virgin who can bond properly to her man, and have empathy and energy enough to cook, clean and maintain a nice quality of life for men and the family that that man swore to provide for and protect. At 18, a woman has more energy. She can be stuck at 18 mentally and it will be ok because being able to hold onto that charisma and energy level as she gets up in years is beneficial.
But, women in the USA are not aware of their actual roll in society because men have been bullied into shutting the fuck up. Now women run amuck and do and say whatever they want as if they are a man. While women and men are equals, they are equal differently, and the propaganda makes it hard for women to understand that.
