yeah a cancer patient with 6 months to live picking up trash on the side of the road with their doctor in tow. Sounds like a plan from buildaberg and they'll need an intern to carry their IV bag. We'll have people suicidal because their life is all work and no pleasure painting over graffiti then they'll appreciate the 2 hrs sleep they were getting when they have no sleep.
