Wait.. Biden invented crack cocaine? This actually makes sense since Hunter's job was to smoke copious amounts of it while collecting money for his dad illegally. So I guess Hunter is a stoned delivery man and stooge. Seems like a good job for the smartest man Sloppy Joe knows.
