I don't understand the idea behind paid vacation. Clearly the companies that provide such a thing are making too much money off their employees work. If the workers were paid properly they wouldn't need paid vacations. It's nothing more than a "we kinda feel bad" scenario.

Paid vacation is for retards who can't save. They need their employer to pay them less throughout the year so that they can take a few weeks 'paid' vacation.

I would prefer a higher salary, rather than paid vacation, so I am in control of my money.

In Sweden almost everyone has several weeks of paid vacation. Reason is that people are too stupid to save money.

People are not responsible for anything any more which means that the stupid, lazy and/or parasitic people are not removed from the gene pool.
