Hahaha, well you guys had a very enjoyable, tiny corner of the internet. It looks like the tide of us haven't fucked up the spirit too bad, I have actually seen people respecting the "downvote isn't disagree button" rule (good rule). Turns out assimilation is key to taking on new people, who knew?
I'm actually enjoying most of the recent arrivals. I've had to block a few but nowhere near as many as I had blocked over there.

Frankly the energy level here is higher than it was on Voat in the months leading up to the end. The new tab is flying with content and the discussions often put the comment counts over the thread upvote total.
In the final months of Voat you had a lot of right wing news, but the discussion had gotten a bit haggard and stale, and the meme count was rock bottom. Had to branch out just to find more memes to slowly pill up normies (the "haha check out this funny meme, just joking.... unlessssss (o.o)" method is real and it works).
Here feels very fresh. Same Cozy feel, but Voat had an air of "last stand bunker with ragged, unwashed unshaven vets clinging to the last warm coals of functional code keeping the lights on" This feels more like abandoning the bunker to nearby homesteader land where the locals are nice, the lumber stacked high to keep the hearths warm, the soil fertile for memes and effort posts and the prospects bright to grow and thrive.
