I should have focused on memorizing the good bits rather than reading the whole volume back when I was still young and capable of impossible levels of data absorption... but no, I just powered through the entire bible, I guess largely to be able to claim that I did it.
Thing is, I understood so much more after having done so, and can go back to reference what I'm not 100% on if necessary. I don't understand how weirdoes can reference specific passages and just know them like that. But I have had friends with photographic memories like that, and boy are they annoying slash awesome and useful.
