no idea how to talk - so here's my thoughts.

Owls was such a genuine guy - I sense we got to know him, the real him, which is really rare on these sites - or at least I think its rare - the fact that we connect in 'online communities' is weird when you think about it, especially for us oldsters. While we can never really sure who we're communicating with /exchanging ideas with, Owls seemed for real.

He freely shared his health situation with anyone (shared it with me back on voat, so i'm assuming he'd share it with anyone since i'm a pretty low level user), so we kind of knew that if he wasn't lying (which in the online world is a big possibility), he could pass at any time. And now that he did - it's crazy how much I care, how bummed I've been all day for the fate of a virtual stranger who turned out to be for real.

He set the best example of how to behave in this virtual world, in my opinion.

Thank you again for hosting this podcast tonight as well as all of the love shared today. I can't even begin to express how much this has meant to me. I am sure dad got a kick out of it too! Hearing how special he is to all of you really makes me even more grateful I was lucky enough to call him dad.

No, thank you for coming on here and talking too us. I know I can speak for everyone here that we all appreciated it. It meant a lot to me personally that you did. I'll remember him fondly and I'm not sure coffee will ever be the same.

You were lucky to call him dad. I wish I could have had a dad like that.

I hope to see you around. If there is anything I can do(which I know is probably nothing, I know) you let me know and I'll get it done.

OK, I'm on there and can hear you talking but you don't seem to be able to hear me. My builtin laptop microphone is enabled on my end, the microphone symbol is green but I can't get settings to open by clicking on it. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Considering I made a change to the server's configuration if you are having trouble connecting I've take the stream live an hour early for testing. Please let me know here.

Hello - I am @owlchemy's youngest sibling. I have read all your comments regarding his passing, and I have never felt more proud to be his sister. Your memories of him, and condolences, I can only hope that I can someday live up to his standards. Thank you all so much for your words of kindness.
