Ok, you should record them in case people are busy or unaware. I used to work second shift and others might have family stuff they have to do. Uploading it later would make it so it has a bigger audience and you can just delete them weekly to keep the server clean when the new on is added.

We do record most of them this one a off live event for no reason at all.
