History repeats itself. Poal's early days were filled with posts talking about how mods/admins at Voat are gay. Voat's early days had the same thing but about Reddit mods/admins. The cycle continues unabated.
I don't remember too much of that from Voat's early days, but that was a while ago. I joined during the B phase, so maybe most of that was already gone?
The bulk of it happened prior to and right around the banning of FPH and CoonTown. I had already moved there in the MetaRedditCancer migration a few months before. There was lots of salty posts from former Redditors for a while but it soon died down when the DDoS attacks started and Voat went "invite only" for a good while. That was the best time on Voat. Lots of discussion and very little shitposting. I miss those days.
