Batches are a thing and like the VAX the companies know that they have bad batches so they intentionally mix up a bunch of lamps into other lot numbers to make their failure rate look lower. Have a full batch of fucked lamps? Screw scraping them and losing $$$. Be a jew and take that batch and sprinkle it into 10 "good" batches. Now you just sold all of the "bad" lamps and no one is going to do fuck all because government would only care if they got a whole batch of "bad" lamps all at once. Not if they have one or two bad lamps in a batch. Yep. Just like what they do with a Vax. They used to ship them all in a single batch but it would revealed a long while ago they started sprinkling things into other batches to make it look safer and more "effective". Nope, it's still probably going to kill you.
