Did you catch it in time? Just need paint and a roof patch? Or black mold so new sheetrock too?
The dark dust around the edge of the ceiling panel looks like it was caused by years of airflow ... potential point of heat loss. Are those missing boards under the roof? Be careful if you have to walk around on that roof.

The issue is a leak from the large drain pipe. That's the priority here.

I didn't see any pipes, assumed it was just a roof leak.
Pipe leak in the ceiling ....always sucks.
