Definitely tricky from this distance. The first three ships all appear to be Standard-type battleships (no amidships turrets) so ruling out WY/AR/NY/TX. The first two have had inter-war modernizations complete (the cage masts have been replaced with heavy tripod masts) while the third ship still has her cage masts. This makes #3 one of the 'Big 5' - the TN or CO classes. Now it's tough to tell but to me, the main battery looks like it has two guns per turret which makes #3 one of the *Colorado*-class ships. Which one specifically I don't know, all three of them were based in the Pacific during the inter-war period. If you end up looking up records, the fleet at the time was actually called 'Battle Force'. It was not renamed 'Pacific Fleet' until early 1941.
