I decided to attend the last of the Reno Air Races all by myself. I'm so glad I did. Everyone has been so nice and I'm finally old so I don't stand out so much amongst all the olds here. This is a pic of some STOL racers.

I don't want to deal with traffic so I'll nab some pics of the unlimited planes this evening to kill time while the crowds leave. I'm not good at pictures so I typically take a couple in the morning and then live in the moment.

If you are bored they do stream the races - https://airrace.org/ . STOL drag races are great (short take off and landing) - they pair up two planes to race 2000ft to take off, land, turn, take off, and land. The jet races are wild and the unlimited class for the WW2 planes is a riot.

Reno looks neat. Their mountains are different.

It's beautiful here. I miss living here so much but there's no way I could convince my bf to leave AZ.
