Looks to be high frequency RF gear. Maybe 3-5GHz range stuff.

I don't know shit about it, but there's a fascinating you tube channel called Machining and Microwaves that makes this sort of stuff.

The gear there looks expensive, out of a lab or University somewhere.

It was certainly something for RF, but what I do not know.

Once you get past certain frequencies (>32GHz) RF starts to become black magic.

Edit: it's actually stupid birds that are tying me down. I have 25 chicks and some ducklings for the first time aside from cockatiels when younger. I don't mind the ducks, but the chickens are f'ing stupid.
