Last year we made for the first time. We ate and gave away so many jars we vowed to plant more this year. Plus we bought a bunch of superhot seeds from Jimmy Pickles so we have a bunch of new varieties to try. Also one bottle of homemade hot sauce is probably 15-20 pods so they'll go quick enough. We'll dehydrate everything we don't use immediately.
