Curious if you have any way of confirming this? To my understanding the place he actually worked from was in Colorado Springs, and they actually aren’t 100% of the exact building and location because it has since been demolished.

He did a lot in the springs but Westinghouse and Tesla tested ac in this building and after success they used Ophir as first town to run off ac. There is a placard on building stating so I'll post the pic of the placard in few minutes

Alta Lakes. Looks like the mining cabins on the trail heading up.

Alta Lake. I camped up there a couple years ago and had to leave because I was being attacked by a marmot that would not leave me alone to save my life. I literally tried to beat it to death with a shovel. I wish I had a gun I would have shot the thing. I managed to kill a squirrel and a camp robber in the process of trying to kill that damn marmot..
