I am honestly not a fan of Riverton but WY has a massive shortage of healthcare workers (And has for decades). I would absolutely avoid Casper though.
Also, the weather is pretty crap most of the year so you have to be willing to put up with cold/wind. That 3-ish months in the summer is amazing though.

You will have to find them first. For that you want places like jackson's hole (rich people skiing town) and probably Laramie (State university, Albany county and Teton county (Jackons hole) are the only ones in the state that sometimes swing blue. The state capital (Cheyenne) is in Laramie county and basically never goes blue.
