White, on a computer, is equal parts red green and blue. If there were no red channel in the image at all it would not look like this. But yeah this is just like the white/gold blue/black dress. Your eyes adjust for what they percieve as the tint of the ambient light. So instead of a blue image in normal light your eyes see a normal image under blue light. Because your mind knows those are strawberries and so assumes that its a photo of strawberries with blue light shining on them and thus you percieve red as a natural color correction.
