That's nonsense. If they are all serviced by the same breaker there is absolutely no reason this would spark more than a code setup. More wires does not mean more voltage.

More wires doesn't mean more current load either. All that matters is load. You can have one wire drawing 20A and it's out of spec on a 15A circuit, or you could have 400 wires each feeding a 3mA load and everything is fine.
