It SURE as hell wasn't niggers. Egyptians? Maybe with help from Nordics. They only needed a few smart people for design and logistics. Slaves for the hard labor, paid craftsmen for the fit and finish.
Not a chance. The current Egyptians can't even build a suitable lid to go with the ancient perfect urns that are found there. The tombs that are cut flatter then modern tooling even allows for, revisionist archeologists claim modern Egyptians did that with stone chisels and other rudimentary tools. There is clear evidence of ancient civilizations having even more advanced technology then we have.
We also can't figure out how to replicate Greek Fire.
Lots of time and labor can get almost anything done. Certain kinds of sand have hardness grades higher than granite, they used this plus water to do the final polishing.
