Lots of areas like that with beautiful dykes and sloughs and culverts. But turn around and its a sewage plant, a ferry terminal l, a farm next to a mall next to a highway

similar. more trash, and you could probably see the back of a shopping center or manufacturing plant.
fwiw in the top right corner where the sky meets that straight line behind the trees is a railroad track. it crosses over the stream and you can walk under the trestle. the far side of the creek across the water is a park. all that stuff is just jammed in on undeveloped / old industrial land.
