Could use a coat of paint I guess, but it looks sturdy enough. Not enough of a view to see if it need shingles but with that pitch it probably does. Looks like a nice fixer-upper and at least you know you can trust the owners. They clearly didn't vote for Bidan. Of course so few did it's a good bet in general.
