I think it's a funny pic, but it's probably better people know it's fake. Doesn't change anything though, Big Mike is definitely a man. Plenty of real pictures to prove that.
Why do you say it's a fake? There were a whole series of these photos circulating a decade ago, and it was obvious then too. One of them even had what looked like a young male Susan Rice.
All the obama administration cared about was Muslim, gay, and trans "rights". You don't get there by being a straight Christian male who presents as a straight Christian male, all I'm saying.

Usually people pose for a picture and will put down a big newspaper in their hand, not make it the feature of the pose.

Judging from the newspaper in Barack's hand, it looks like the photo was taken when the couple visited Kenya in 1992 after they got engaged. Mama Ngina Drive is in Mombasa, Kenya. She would have been in her late 20s and he would have been in his early 30s.
