Other than that it's a fake? The wings of the pterosaur are anatomically incorrect. They show multiple fingers supporting the wing, like a bat, but pterosaur wings were supported by only one.

Something like a California Condor or that big ass bird from Argentina and Peru that went extinct at the turn of the century probably.
Yeah that is the big giveaway. There's a few other minor editing errors too. Like the guy on the left, he has his feet crossed like he's leaning against something, but that wing would not support him.
