Correct, a jihad led by a collection of desert warlord, staging an uprising against their long-time oppressors. But if you keep reading in the Dune series, the next part might be a problem- they spread across not only the world, but the galaxy, and billions upon billions of people die in this *extremely* zealous jihad that cannot be stopped. They don't have access to Spice, so I think we're good on that last part- although they might launch operations in other countries after they finish turning Afghanistan back into a religious dictatorship enforced by jihadist militias.
