If it was me I would hire a warehouse, fill it with 2000 desks, and stick all letter signers in it. Implement a totalitarian zero fun rule set, then hire another 100 people whose job it is to get those people sacked for sjw code violations.
Once room is made in the zero fun box, employees will be given the opportunity to work there.
Force them to associate only with each other, by their own rules. Their bs is only 'fun' when they are using it to fuck other people... Take that away and it starts to suck for them
