The vast majority could be culled with no value lost to society. They are normally functioning people who CHOOSE to have a life of no responsibility. Like I said I worked with homeless for years. My job was to try to get them to take services, like rehab, housing etc. However most didnt want to go,., because you have to be sober. Or I would find them piss drunk laying in the gutter begging to go to rehab. Next week I would find them again in the gutter. Ill reiterate the mentally ill need help. Having "anxiety" because you have to be an adult isnt metal illness.
