It’s across demographics here, police don’t bother unless it’s blatant with complaints. Don’t really care, unless the celebrators are lazy fucks and don’t pick up their trash..that’s niggery

So is disturbing everyone else on a non-holiday, but I realize in large parts of the country being niggery isn't considered being niggery. Being loud is almost always niggery.

Being rude and inconsiderate is sadly normal. I’m not a fan. I wear ear phones, a lot. :)
