Well, I posted an envelope with a message to return the cans on his door and he was already drunk again by 10am when he was still up doing laundry, making a ruckus, at 4am. he chimps out, I point blank ask him if he's drunk again already, and he goes silent and walks away, only to come back with the same bullshit bravado, claiming if I put any ore notes on his door that he's going to come in my place. I already have several CCRs against him for harassment and vandalism. But, of course, Peduto won't let the cops arrest niggers. On the bright side, when I left I saw the garbage cans across the street at the abandoned house where the owner died some time last year. No idea why her daughter hasn't one anything with it.
