just have to look at any country. which countries have prospered. which countries have the most infrastructure? doesn't take a genius to see that.

didn't meant to be confusing, but i was responding to "Low knowledge and low iq post right there." who was responding to "Mexicans are only capable of doing good construction work under careful supervision by white men."
i meant to challenge the ignorance of the 'low knowledge' comment by implying mexicans (and most other races, other than white) are unable to build something.
