Just a note, a lot of exculpatory clauses like this do not hold up in court. Businesses generally have this kind of stuff to make people think that they cannot file a lawsuit, and it actually works alarmingly well. If your face ends up on some apple thing, just sue them for a privacy tort and they will settle out of court because they do not want it to go public.

User name checks out. I would expect Apple knows this well enough. Makes me wonder what they actually plan on doing, or, like some other guy said, this is not the USA.
