"Breaks" and pauses just destroyed the last of the integrity our elections had. Handing out water and food adds to confusion and dissaray which is how they managed to cheat so much last year. And sundays are supposed to be the day many people rest for religous reasons. You wouldnt happen to be okay with disenfranchising christian voters would you?
