I tried to figure out if he was still in custody after he moved without giving the DA notice of his new address, a probation violation, and I couldn't find a source. Although I couldn't see any cuffs, the close security makes it seem likely.
They have him on camera drinking at a bar while on bail. He was also taking pics with the locals of said bar with beer in hand.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think that's what happened.
