May not be illegal but that dude's going to a) have a lot of broken windows and/or b) get home invaded and killed. I've noticed that niggers will use any perceived (or usually completely made up) racist sleight to justify any of the absolutely horrendous things they do. Like they'll murder a 9 year old then say, 'he called me a nigger' as if that magically justifies whatever 70 IQ shenanigans they've just committed.
