Honestly? No. Its from a very long 4chan post about "someone" who knows "someone" quite high up in the social hierarchy that gets drunk and talks about too much. So take it with a grain of salt. You'll probably find it with some digging but I saw it a while ago (couple times now) if you go on /x/ a bit or image search it in a search engine maybe.
