I wouldn't sculpt the teeth but rather insert them as separate objects. They look like tentacles.

edit: also think about the mechanics of opening/closing the jaw. This thing would chew itself up if it would close it's mouth.

Yeah, totally agree. I learned how to append new objects to the scene in Zbrush during the creation of the gums/teeth. The teeth, i wanted to get more hard ridges and lines, and to still be needle like, but yeah, then just look like tentacles. I still have to figure out a better way to duplicate objects and mirror them. That would help a lot.
