I wouldn't sculpt the teeth but rather insert them as separate objects. They look like tentacles.
edit: also think about the mechanics of opening/closing the jaw. This thing would chew itself up if it would close it's mouth.

Yeah, totally agree. I learned how to append new objects to the scene in Zbrush during the creation of the gums/teeth. The teeth, i wanted to get more hard ridges and lines, and to still be needle like, but yeah, then just look like tentacles. I still have to figure out a better way to duplicate objects and mirror them. That would help a lot.
Right side (to us) collar bone is a bit femurish again.
*its very good though. Getting better by the day.
Yeah, i'll start hitting the chest area again after i do some more of the face details. Well, in the words of the most holy Saint of Maroon, hallowed be his name, "Better to have it big then not there at all, kind of like a penis."
Using ZBrush or a different tool?
zbrush
Nice! I've always been interested in digital sculpting, but it's lower on my list of skills to learn. I'll get to it someday. Currently working on backend server development in my free time.
Very cool. Same story, different direction. I would love to know more about server setup and maintenance, as well as what goes into developing architecture to utilize them. But no server, and a -89 db internet connection kind of limits things. What projects are you working on?
