nice, i have some people swear by blender, and now that valve has dumped so much money into their stuff, im expecting some really cool stuff to come out of them. Their hair solution is crazy cool. But i'm a maya guy, been doing it for so long that i dont want to slow down by learning another platform. Substance painter is wicked good, they really solved the whole texturing problem. Wish i could get into substance designer more, but time is limited.

Yeah we actually didn't end up using that model and went a completely different direction by day 2. It was the Brackeys game jam, we had a week time and the theme was light. This is what we made: https://comphonia.itch.io/power-of-light
It's crappy and has many bugs keep in mind we made that in a week.
