If they can hack it, I have no problems. In my 17 years of professional experience, I have never found a solid female programmer. I've found some okay ones.

E: I actually had a female programmer tell me that reading my code is easier for her to understand than reading her own code, haha!

Maybe not, fag "men" and SJW males abound in IT. My last job I lost in part (my razzle dazzle quitting) to calling another programmer a faggot through company email. The other part was challenging and mocking HR in a email sent to everyone in the company.
