that doesnt actually look terrible, but then again i thought the old kowloon walled city had a certain charm. id say knock down walls to convert groups of apartments into condos, put enough space between units that occupants cant disturb their neighbors, rip out a cluster of units every so often in a regular pattern and convert that space into outdoor areas, and maybe put a park or garden in the middle of those buildings(apparently these giant ass blocks have parking lots on the ground floor) and that could be a perfectly suitable complex for white dwelling, plus itd be relatively easy to erect anti-nigger barriers around it. imo, tower living has much better potential than american levittowns.
