Reptile meat usually isn't what I would call juicy or tender. It's white meat, for sure, but it's gamey and chewy for the most part. Probably just fine if you gut it and fry it. I could see the skin getting nice and crispy, but it'll probably be a workout for your jaw to get it down.

I've never had fresh gator meat, so maybe I'm missing out. I've had fresh rattlesnake and python though, it's pretty good. I guess a little guy like that wouldn't be so tough, probably similar to frog legs. Damn, now I want to eat the last of their kind.
