Very true. I'd put on a lot of weight very fast due to poor diet and lack of exercise. Almost 100 lbs in just 18 months or so.

When I realized what I had done to myself (and it took someone calling me fat) I started working on losing it. Took just over a year of careful diet and steady exercise to get back to my ideal weight. Now I'm a lot more careful with what I eat. I avoid sugar especially. That shit is poison.
