Yep, one of the most common Y-haplogroups among indigenous North Africans is R1b, the same as that of most Western Europeans. The Berbers are basically White, and were in the area (along with the Basque people and Guanches) before the Indo-Europeans got there (or came back, which is what I suspect happened).
