In the last episode the cop Taki is telling the baddie he found out about his dealings with the kikes and the baddie basically says he had no choice.
The real translations are on top. The edited ones in the DVD release are below. There is a comment from a Japanese speaker saying the edited subs on the bottom are crap.

EDIT: Also, if you watch the entire series it should look damn familiar. The twin towers, talking about staged nuclear disaster, etc. Whoever created Angel Cop knew what was going on and this series is from the early 90s.
